The idea originated with David Booth, a longtime friend of the founders and a retired Atlanta Police Officer with more than 20 years of service. After earning his real estate license, David began working with homeowners across metro Atlanta and quickly noticed a recurring pattern.

Many homes weren’t distressed enough to sell to investors “as-is,” yet they also weren’t positioned to command top dollar on the open market. These properties didn’t need extreme rehabs—but they did need coordination: exterior repairs, yard work, roofing, flooring, paint, countertops, electrical, plumbing, and general upgrades that required true project management.

While many realtors had access to individual trades, there was no one trusted, one-stop solution—no single partner who could quarterback the entire renovation process from start to finish.

More importantly, many sellers simply didn’t have the resources to take this on. Some lacked the financial ability. Others were navigating estate sales, families spread across the country, or difficult life transitions such as divorce. The challenge wasn’t desire—it was capacity.
